In the iPhone app
- Open Jesus Christ: The Second Coming and sign in.
- Open the information panel.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Read the consequences and confirm permanent deletion.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes the app account, active sessions, remaining minute balance, purchase-delivery entries, minute ledger, room-session records, encrypted transcripts, wrapped transcript key, session and day summaries, continuing memory, note preferences, and saved private notes from the active application database.
What deletion does not do
Deletion does not create an Apple refund, erase Apple's purchase history, delete your Apple or Google account, or immediately erase limited provider backups and records that must be retained for security, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or law.
Unused minutes are permanently lost and cannot be recovered after deletion.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@talk-to-jesus.church from the address associated with the account. Do not send a password, one-time code, transcript, or payment-card information. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
