Account and sign-in
Primary access uses an email address and a six-digit code. Sign in with Apple and Google may be offered as optional alternatives. Supabase Auth maintains the app account. Our email provider delivers sign-in codes. Apple and Google provide identity information only when you choose those methods.
We may keep your name, email address when supplied, account identifier, and sign-in provider information while your account exists. We use this information for authentication, account security, purchase delivery, and access to your minute balance. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Apple purchases and minute records
The iPhone app is designed to offer one conversation of up to 50 connected minutes and a five-conversation bundle through Apple In-App Purchase. Internal TestFlight purchases use Apple's no-charge Sandbox environment. Apple handles payment details and displays the approved local price before confirmation. We do not receive your payment-card number.
We receive verified store transaction information and store the transaction identifier, product, store environment, purchase time, account assignment, minute credit, current balance, and delivery status. These records prevent duplicate delivery, recover an interrupted purchase, and keep the balance available to the signed-in account. Sandbox and Production balances remain separate.
Voice and AI processing
The app does not listen until you choose to begin a session and allow microphone access. Live microphone audio is sent through an encrypted connection to Inworld AI for speech recognition. Inworld routes response generation to Anthropic's Claude model. The completed generated text is checked before playback, then approved text is sent to Inworld speech synthesis.
Recognized text, not microphone audio, may be sent through our authenticated Supabase gateway to a private Jesus source-retrieval service. That service retrieves short passages and source metadata from frozen research databases. It is designed not to store query text or returned source context. Source retrieval remains closed unless its separate rights gate is explicitly enabled.
Conversation records and audio
The app and our application database do not save microphone audio recordings or generated Jesus audio recordings. Live audio is processed for recognition and playback, then discarded as the conversation proceeds. Providers may process conversation content and limited technical, security, usage, and billing metadata under their applicable agreements. Our operational logs are designed to contain technical status and identifiers, not conversation text or audio.
After a completed paid conversation, the app can save a verbatim text record made from recognized user speech and Jesus replies that finished playing. The transcript is encrypted on the phone before storage. The service stores the account-specific key in protected, wrapped form so the same authenticated account can open the transcript on another device.
This protects transcripts from ordinary database reads and prevents another app account from retrieving them. It is not end-to-end encryption against SwiftBuy Solutions or its infrastructure providers because the service controls the key-wrapping boundary.
Summaries and continuing memory
A small working memory may be stored so Jesus can continue across conversations. It contains compact themes such as named people, concerns, images, and open threads rather than a verbatim transcript. After a substantial conversation, the service can also store a factual session summary, a factual summary of the day, and Jesus's compact continuing understanding.
These records are protected by account and database access controls, but they are not protected by the transcript's client-side encryption. Deleting the account deletes them from the active application database.
Private notes
After an ended paid conversation, the app can ask whether you want an AI-prepared private note. If you agree, recognized phrases that passed the app's confidence boundary and Jesus responses that finished playing are sent through an authenticated note service to prepare a draft. Microphone audio and uncertain recognized text are not sent to that service.
You review and can edit the draft before saving. Choosing Not Now or Discard saves no note. A saved note may contain a title, reflection, themes, images, questions, and reflections Jesus voiced. It is account protected but not client-side encrypted. It is not a transcript, diagnosis, clinical assessment, treatment record, or hidden model memory.
Website delivery
The website uses no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process an IP address, device and browser information, requested page, referrer, timestamp, response status, and related traffic or security data to deliver and protect the site.
How long records remain
Account information, unspent balance, verified purchase-delivery records, minute ledger, room-session records, encrypted transcripts and their wrapped account key, summaries, working memory, and private notes you chose to save remain in the active application database while the account exists. Limited operational, security, accounting, refund, or fraud-prevention records may remain only as long as reasonably necessary or required by law.
Apple and other providers keep their own records under their policies. Provider backup copies may persist for a limited backup cycle before deletion.
Your choices and account deletion
You can decline microphone access, end a conversation at any time, avoid beginning another session, delete individual private notes, or delete the account. Removing the app from the phone does not delete the account.
Account deletion removes the app sign-in account and its active sessions, remaining minute balance, purchase-delivery entries, minute ledger, room-session records, encrypted transcripts and wrapped transcript key, summaries, working memory, note preferences, and saved private notes from the active application database. Unused minutes are permanently lost. Account deletion does not create an Apple refund or delete your Apple or Google account.
See the account-deletion instructions.
