Contact
Email support@talk-to-jesus.church. We aim to reply within two business days. Please do not include private conversation text, microphone recordings, passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card information, or sensitive health details.
Sign-in code
Check the email address and spam folder, then request a fresh six-digit code. Only the newest code may remain valid.
Microphone
The app listens only after you begin a conversation and grant access. You can change microphone permission in iPhone Settings.
Language switching
Speak the next turn in the language you want. There is no language picker. If recognition is uncertain, Jesus may ask one short clarification.
Connection
Keep the app open and connected during the live room. A short network flicker should recover; a longer interruption may close the session safely.
Purchase balance
Use Refresh Balance after an interrupted Apple purchase. TestFlight Sandbox purchases do not charge real money.
Transcript and summaries
The live room shows no transcript. Open the private Library after a completed conversation to find its transcript and available summaries.
Private note
A post-conversation note is optional. Review and edit it before Save. Discarding the draft saves no note.
Delete account
Removing the app is not deletion. Use Delete Account inside the app. Remaining minutes and account-owned conversation records are removed.
Report a generated response
The app can report Jesus's last generated response without attaching what you said. Use that control when the response is unsafe, historically misleading, falsely authoritative, or out of character.
Immediate danger
Support email is not monitored as an emergency service. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and a trusted real person now.
